Probing reveals a 12 mm pocket depth on the buccal and distal sides.
Observation of the alveolar socket after atraumatic extraction confirms the bone loss.
Preparation of the putty consisting of Orafyl / Interfyl and Bone substitute allograft. Note the consistency and the easiness to mix and handle.
