    Background & Experience

Charlie Vincent is Chief Commercial Officer of BioCellgraft, bringing experience in dental commercialization, clinical marketing, digital dentistry, and international business development. Throughout his career, he has worked at the intersection of clinical practice and commercial strategy, building relationships with practitioners and translating customer insight into product, education, and market development initiatives.

    Straumann Group

Before joining BioCellgraft, Charlie served as Director of Clinical Marketing for Straumann Group in North America. He led clinical marketing and key opinion leader strategy across implants, prosthetics, digital solutions, and biomaterials. In that role, he connected clinicians with product, education, and commercial teams to inform product positioning, launches, research, and practitioner education. He also created opportunities for clinical experts to contribute to advisory boards, product evaluation, and educational programs, bringing North American perspectives into global initiatives.

Charlie held earlier business development and product marketing roles at Straumann Group. As Business Development Manager for Digital Solutions, he helped expand adoption of digital workflows across North America. Previously, as Product Marketing Manager for Prosthetics, he contributed to go-to-market strategy, product launches, and growth across a broad restorative portfolio.

    E4D Technologies

Earlier in his career, Charlie worked at E4D Technologies, where he helped expand and develop international markets for dental CAD/CAM systems and led clinical marketing, education, and implementation programs. That work gave him firsthand experience supporting practitioners as they adopted new technologies, from initial training through integration into daily practice.

    Education & Service

Charlie holds a Master of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University. He serves on the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry Board of Advisors.
