BioCellgraft, Inc. ("BCg") is a biotechnology and regenerative medicine company focused on identifying, developing, commercializing, and distributing innovative regenerative solutions for dentistry and oral maxillofacial applications.
BCg operates as a hybrid regenerative technology platform—combining strategic product commercialization, clinical validation, practitioner education, and next-generation regenerative product development within a single organization.
Our mission is centered around supporting and enhancing the body's innate regenerative capabilities through technologies that are easy to handle, clinically practical, scientifically grounded, and highly sought after by practitioners seeking improved patient outcomes.
Our objective is not to replace current gold-standard treatment modalities, but rather to provide regenerative solutions that complement, enhance, and in many cases materially improve procedural predictability, healing support, and overall treatment outcomes.
BioCellgraft is currently focused on the commercialization of its lead regenerative product platform, OraFyl®, following nearly two years of practitioner evaluation, clinical use, feedback collection, and patient outcome analysis across numerous soft tissue and hard tissue applications within specialty dentistry.
OraFyl is a placental-derived, decellularized human connective tissue matrix (HCTM) derived from the chorionic plate and made available pursuant to the FDA's Section 361 regulatory framework governing human cells, tissues, and cellular and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps). The product is processed into a flowable, injectable form designed to support homologous regenerative functions and integrate naturally into a wide range of surgical and non-surgical procedures.
BCg believes OraFyl represents the world's first injectable regenerative-supportive product of its kind currently available within dentistry and oral maxillofacial applications—helping bridge the gap between acceptable clinical outcomes and truly exceptional patient outcomes.
We are preparing for the formal launch of OraFyl within specialty dentistry and oral maxillofacial applications, with initial commercialization efforts focused on highly experienced specialists, key opinion leaders (KOLs), educators, ambassadors, and early-adopting practitioners throughout North America. Our strategy is intentionally designed around education, clinical validation, practitioner support, and long-term scalable adoption.
Biology leads. We build from science outward, supporting the body's innate regenerative capabilities.
Easy to handle, procedurally versatile, and built for real surgical and non-surgical workflows.
We enhance gold-standard modalities—improving predictability, healing support, and outcomes.
Education, clinical validation, and practitioner support drive long-term scalable adoption.

In addition to OraFyl, BCg is actively developing a broader regenerative product catalog consisting of highly recognized and clinically utilized regenerative technologies already used by practitioners throughout the world—aligned alongside the OraFyl platform in support of a comprehensive regenerative ecosystem.
Beyond commercialization activities, BioCellgraft maintains an active pipeline of emerging regenerative product candidates focused on both soft and hard tissue applications within dentistry and oral surgery. We continuously evaluate new technologies, biomaterials, and regenerative modalities against the high clinical, scientific, operational, and commercialization standards established by BCg's leadership, Chief Clinical Officer, Surgical Advisory Board, and clinical partners.
Once a candidate technology satisfies these standards, we work collaboratively with practitioners, scientists, manufacturing partners, and regulatory professionals to pursue the appropriate development, validation, data collection, and commercialization pathways necessary to responsibly bring the next generation of regenerative technologies into the hands of practitioners worldwide.
Recognized for innovation, practitioner trust, clinical performance, and the advancement of regenerative therapies that materially improve patient care throughout dentistry and oral maxillofacial medicine.
